Order Processing

After successful payment, our warehouse will arrange packing and shipment. You will receive a tracking notification after your order is handed to the courier.

Delivery Times

MALAYSIA standard delivery normally takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 4pm on a business day are typically shipped on the same day. Delivery timing may vary by location and courier availability.

Shipping Cost

Orders within MALAYSIA enjoy free standard shipping. Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to destination and order weight.

Order Modifications

Requests to amend an order must be made before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after the parcel has been dispatched.
